Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Approver also known as the ‘Data Approver’ (DA) is a district-wise role assigned in Public Financial Management System (PFMS) for approving the DBT Payments sent from Ni-kshay to PFMS.
The Approver id can be created only by the PFMS Admin Agency. It is created at the district level after the PFMS agency has been registered on the PFMS website and it has to be approved and processed in the PFMS.
The process of creating an approver id in the PFMS is as below:

Upon successful registration of the approver id, the login password will be received on the registered e-mail id.
The approver thus created on PFMS can then log in with the given ID and password and reset the password if desired so.
